UX Portfolio
I’m focused on creating meaningful experiences through design.
I have more than fifteen years of industry experience working with design agencies and in-house teams, and running my own freelance design business. In 2018, I completed a UX course at General Assembly, which led to a full-time Product Design and Marketing role at LiveHire (HR software) in 2019, followed by a full-time Product Design role at Good Pair Days (wine subscription) from 2020 to 2025.
Most recently, as the sole Product Designer (senior) at Good Pair Days, I led the end-to-end design process, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to shape strategic decisions. My work spanned both growth and experience-focused projects, including designing a loyalty program, overhauling the website and app’s information architecture and UI, and redesigning the subscriber dashboard to enhance user engagement and retention.
#opentowork
I am currently looking for new opportunities to work with an organisation that champions design thinking, where I can lead UX processes and craft user-centric solutions that not only meet but exceed business and user expectations.
Designing Good Pair Days’ REWARDS Program
I collaborated with the founders, engineering, and stakeholders to design and revamp Good Pair Days’ rewards program, enhancing customer engagement and retention. The project involved rethinking the rewards system to offer better progress tracking, personalised rewards, and more ways for users to earn points.
My role: Leading UX strategy, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing; collaborating with founders to align business goals; working closely with engineering to navigate technical constraints; designing the rewards program’s structure, progress tracking, and redeemable rewards system; and overseeing design QA to ensure a seamless handoff.
Please request my UX Case Study (below) to see how I leveraged design to create a more engaging, user-friendly loyalty experience that drives customer satisfaction and business growth.
Designing Good Pair Days’ SUBSCRIBER DASHBOARD
I partnered with the founders, engineering team, and stakeholders to design a subscriber dashboard for our app and web platform, addressing the absence of a dedicated home screen. As part of this project, I also designed a crucial onboarding experience to help new subscribers navigate the platform. By improving content discoverability, we made it easier for users to access features like videos, recipes, and wine courses, enhancing their overall engagement.
My role: Led end-to-end design, including journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity design. Facilitated an internal ideation workshop to gather team insights and align on goals. Collaborated closely with engineering to navigate technical constraints and oversaw design QA to ensure a smooth launch.
LiveHire’s Client eLearning Tool
I worked with the marketing, client success and design team to project manage and design LiveHire’s client eLearning tool. The development was outsourced to a company in Melbourne which I worked closely with in order to deliver this project.
My role: Project management, demo account setup, recording & editing of eLearning training videos, UX & UI design of eLearning tool, working with instruction designer to create eLearning storyboards, creating user flows, creating site maps, creating prototype of interactive assessment, and setting up branding on LMS and uploading SCORM files
Please request my portfolio (below) to find out more about my role in the project and how I used my UX design skills to communicate the business’ needs, ultimately delivering an enjoyable eLearning experience for our clients.
TravEase Travel App
I went on my first solo travel trip in 2016 to the UK and parts of Europe and was inspired to create a travel app to support solo travellers. I suspected that travellers were worried about their safety when travelling to a new place, but after conducting some user research I was surprised to find out that this wasn’t top-of-mind for my users.
What I did: Setting goals and objectives, user interviews, competitor analysis, building personas, feature prioritisation, creating user flows, creating sitemaps, sketching, creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and usability testing
Please request my portfolio (below) to find out more about my design thinking process and the key insights that I uncovered through my research; along with the high-fidelity prototype.
